2Reduce the heat to low and simmer the Full-fat Milk, stirring frequently, until it thickens and reduces to about one-third of its original volume. This process may take 45-60 minutes.
3Add the Granulated Sugar, Green Cardamom Powder, Saffron Strands, Pistachios, and Almonds to the reduced milk mixture. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, ensuring the Granulated Sugar dissolves completely.
