1Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then combine the Short-grain rice with Water in a rice cooker and cook.
2While the rice cooks, prepare the Japchae ingredients. Rehydrate the Dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and thinly slice them.
3Thinly slice the Beef sirloin into strips. In a bowl, season the Beef sirloin with 10 grams of Soy sauce, 5 grams of Sugar, 5 grams of Minced garlic, 5 grams of Sesame oil, and 1 gram of Black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
