1In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, julienned carrot, diced yellow onion, and sliced green onion.
2Crack the large eggs into the bowl with the vegetables. Add the white sugar, fine sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the vegetables are coated.
3Heat a large non-stick griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Add 10 grams of unsalted butter and let it melt and coat the pan.
