1Place Poha medium thickness in a colander and rinse gently under running water for 30 seconds. Drain completely and set aside for 5 minutes to soften.
2Heat Cooking oil in a large pan or kadai over medium heat.
3Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Cumin seeds, Urad dal, and Chana dal. Sauté until the dals turn light golden brown.
