Wash and peel Bitter Gourd, Drumsticks, Green Plantain, Potato, Sweet Potato, Radish, Brinjal, and Ridge Gourd. Cut all vegetables into 5 cm long pieces. Slice Bitter Gourd thinly.

Make a paste by grinding Mustard Seeds, Ginger, and Green Chili with a small amount of water until fine.
