1. Drain the soaked Mochai and pressure cook with 300g water and a pinch of Salt for 4-5 whistles until tender. Set aside.

2. Extract pulp from Tamarind by soaking it in 150g warm water for 15 minutes, then squeezing and straining. Set aside the tamarind extract.
