1Wash 150g Toor Dal thoroughly and pressure cook it with 450g water and 2g Turmeric Powder until very soft, about 3-4 whistles. Mash the cooked Toor Dal well and set aside.
2Soak 30g Tamarind in 150g hot water for 15 minutes. Mash the Tamarind and extract the thick pulp, discarding any fibrous residue.
3Chop 100g Carrot, 100g Eggplant, 100g Potato, 100g Onion, and 100g Tomato. Cut 100g Drumstick into 5cm pieces.
