1Heat a dry heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the Semolina and roast it for 5-7 minutes until it turns light golden and aromatic. Transfer the roasted Semolina to a plate and set aside.
2In the same pan, heat the Ghee over medium heat. Add the Cashew nuts and fry until golden brown. Remove the Cashew nuts and set aside.
3In the remaining Ghee, add the Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add the Cumin seeds, Urad dal, and Chana dal. Sauté until the dals turn golden brown.
