1In a medium bowl, whisk the Huevo with the Mexican crema, Sal, and Pimienta negra molida until well combined and slightly frothy.
2Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the Mantequilla sin sal and let it melt until it just begins to foam.
3Pour the Huevo mixture into the skillet. Allow the edges to set slightly for about 30 seconds without stirring.
