1In a small bowl, combine 60 grams of the Water with the Active dry yeast and Sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy, indicating the yeast is active.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour and Baking powder. Create a well in the center.
3Pour the activated yeast mixture and the remaining 200 grams of Water into the well of the All-purpose flour. Mix with chopsticks or a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
