1Rinse the Hunan preserved pork thoroughly. Place the Hunan preserved pork in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes until softened. Remove, drain, and let cool slightly.
2Once cooled, slice the Hunan preserved pork into thin, bite-sized pieces, approximately 2mm thick.
3Wash the Garlic sprouts and trim off any tough ends. Cut the Garlic sprouts into 5cm long sections. Separate the white parts from the green parts.
