3In a large pot, combine chopped potato, pumpkin, eggplant, green beans, tomato, drained chana dal, 2g turmeric powder, and 500g water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
