2Gradually add hot water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a sturdy spatula or spoon until a shaggy, crumbly dough begins to form.
3Add cooking oil (for the dough) to the mixture. Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly oiled surface and knead by hand for about 10-15 minutes until the dough becomes smooth, elastic, and no longer sticky. Cover the kneaded dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
