Thoroughly wash and finely chop the Fresh fenugreek leaves. Ensure all water is drained.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Atta flour, chopped Fresh fenugreek leaves, minced Green chili, Ginger-garlic paste, Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Asafoetida, and Salt.

Add 15 grams of Ghee to the mixture and mix well with your fingertips until crumbly.
