Thoroughly clean the Chicken skin, removing any remaining fat or feathers. Pat the Chicken skin very dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, combine the dried Chicken skin with Koikuchi soy sauce and Sake. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
