1Thoroughly clean the Chicken skin, removing any remaining fat or feathers. Pat the Chicken skin very dry with paper towels.
2In a bowl, combine the dried Chicken skin with Koikuchi soy sauce and Sake. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3After marinating, drain the Chicken skin completely and pat it very dry again with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.
