1Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then soak it in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Drain well before use.
2Clean the Button mushrooms and slice them thinly.
3Heat 5 grams of Sesame oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the sliced Button mushrooms and Minced garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms soften and release their moisture, about 3-5 minutes.
