Hazırlanışı
1Sift the Matcha into a small bowl to remove any lumps.
2Heat 50 grams of Whole milk in a microwave or small saucepan until warm, but not boiling.
3Pour the warm Whole milk over the sifted Matcha and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or small wire whisk until a smooth, lump-free paste is formed. Set aside.
