1Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly wash the Potato and pat dry. Pierce the skin of each Potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
2Place the pierced Potato directly on the oven rack and bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until the Potato is very tender when squeezed gently.
3Carefully remove the baked Potato from the oven. Using a sharp knife, make a deep cut lengthwise down the center of each Potato, but do not cut all the way through. Gently squeeze the ends of the Potato to open it up and fluff the interior flesh with a fork.
