Naruto Kintoki

Peel and cut 500 g naruto kintoki sweet potato into 2 cm cubes.

In a pot, combine the sweet potato cubes with 200 g water and 80 g sugar.

Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until the sugar dissolves and the water begins to simmer.
