1Prepare the dhrabo: In a large bowl, combine 250g Besan with 30g Ghee and 50g Milk. Rub the mixture between your palms for 5-7 minutes until it forms coarse, crumbly particles.
2Sieve the dhrabo mixture through a coarse sieve to ensure a uniform grainy texture. Discard any large lumps or rub them further until they pass through the sieve.
3Heat 150g Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium-low heat. Add the sieved Besan mixture.
