1. To prepare the puchka puris, combine Semolina, Atta flour, Baking soda, and Salt in a large bowl. Gradually add Water and knead into a firm, smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin, small disc (about 5 cm diameter).

3. Heat Vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Deep-fry the rolled discs until they puff up and turn golden brown and crisp. Drain excess oil and set the puris aside.
