1To prepare the dough, combine Wheat flour and 5 grams of Salt in a large bowl. Gradually add Water, kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes.
2Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and lightly brush with Olive oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
3For the filling, boil the Potatoes until very tender. Drain and mash them thoroughly in a large bowl. Add 5 grams of Salt, Pul biber, and Black pepper to the mashed Potatoes.
