Hazırlanışı
1Rinse Toor dal, Chana dal, and Urad dal thoroughly. Soak them in water for 30 minutes.
2Drain the soaked dals and transfer them to a pressure cooker. Add 700g water and 4g Salt. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or until soft and mushy.
3Heat 40g Ghee in a separate pan for tadka. Add Cumin seeds and Asafoetida. Let them splutter.
