While the broth simmers, prepare the other ingredients. Arrange Thinly Sliced Lamb neatly on a platter.

Wash and chop Napa Cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim and separate Enoki Mushrooms. Slice Shiitake Mushrooms. Cut Firm Tofu into 2cm cubes. Arrange all vegetables and tofu neatly on separate platters.
