1Gently rinse the Flattened rice under running water for 30 seconds. Drain immediately and set aside in a large bowl to soften for 5 minutes.
2Finely chop the Onion, Green chili, and Fresh cilantro.
3Add the chopped Onion, chopped Green chili, grated Fresh coconut, Granulated sugar, and Salt to the softened Flattened rice in the bowl.
