1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a round or square baking tin with ghee.
2In a large mixing bowl, take the chhena and mash it thoroughly with your hands or a potato masher for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and slightly creamy, but not entirely pasty.
3Add the sugar, semolina, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, raisins, and salt to the mashed chhena.
