1. Prepare the Ssamjang: In a small bowl, combine the Doenjang, Gochujang, 10g of minced Garlic cloves, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds, Sugar, and finely chopped Green onion. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Set aside.

2. Prepare the vegetables for grilling: Slice the King oyster mushrooms lengthwise. Slice the Onion into thick rings. Slice the remaining whole Garlic cloves thinly. Slice the Green chili peppers.

3. Prepare the Ssam vegetables: Wash and separate the Lettuce and Perilla leaves. Arrange them neatly on a serving platter along with the Ssammu.
