1Place the Pork Belly in a large pot and add enough cold water to fully cover it.
2Add the Doenjang, Soju, roughly chopped Green Onion, sliced Ginger, and Salt to the pot with the Pork Belly.
3Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 60-75 minutes, or until the Pork Belly is tender when pierced with a skewer.
