2In another bowl, prepare the Sattu filling by combining Sattu, finely chopped Onion, finely chopped Green chili, grated Ginger, minced Garlic, chopped Fresh cilantro, Kalonji, Ajwain, Red chili powder, Amchur powder, Mustard oil, 4 grams of Salt, and Lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until the Sattu mixture is well combined and slightly moist.
