In a large bowl, combine Atta flour, 3 grams of Salt, and 5 grams of Ghee. Gradually add Water, kneading until a smooth, pliable dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

In another bowl, prepare the Sattu filling by combining Sattu, finely chopped Onion, finely chopped Green chili, grated Ginger, minced Garlic, chopped Fresh cilantro, Kalonji, Ajwain, Red chili powder, Amchur powder, Mustard oil, 4 grams of Salt, and Lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until the Sattu mixture is well combined and slightly moist.

Divide the rested dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small ball.
