1Rinse the Singri thoroughly and soak them in ample water overnight, or for at least 8-10 hours, until they are plump and rehydrated.
2Drain the soaked Singri and boil them in fresh water until they are tender but still hold their shape, approximately 30-40 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai over medium heat.
