1Prepare the vegetables: Slice the onion thinly. Chop the green onion into 5cm lengths. Mince the garlic. Slice the Cheongyang chili pepper diagonally. Slice the firm tofu into 2cm thick rectangular pieces.
2In a medium pot, combine the aged kimchi and sliced onion.
3Add the gochugaru, gochujang, doenjang, guk-ganjang, and minced garlic to the pot.
