1Place the Dried radish greens in a large bowl and cover completely with cold water. Let them soak for at least 12 hours, or overnight, changing the water once if possible.
2After soaking, drain the Dried radish greens and rinse thoroughly under running water. Place them in a large pot, cover with fresh water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours until the Dried radish greens are very tender. Drain and rinse again with cold water.
3Squeeze out as much excess water as possible from the boiled Dried radish greens. This step is crucial for good texture.
