1Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2Spread the Hazelnuts on a separate baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until fragrant and their skins start to crack. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
3While still warm, rub the Hazelnuts vigorously in a clean kitchen towel to remove as much of their skins as possible. Coarsely chop the skinned Hazelnuts.
