1In a large bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour with the Hot water. Mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms, then knead by hand for 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and pliable.
2Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
3In a separate small bowl, combine the Sweetened red bean paste, 10g of the Honey, and the Walnuts. Mix well to form the filling.
