1In a small bowl, combine 20g of Granulated sugar with the Fresh yeast and 50g of Whole milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the "00" flour, remaining 60g of Granulated sugar, and Fine sea salt. Create a well in the center.
3Pour the activated Fresh yeast mixture, remaining 130g of Whole milk, Eggs, and Vanilla extract into the well. Mix with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
