1Clean the Carp thoroughly, scale, gut, and slice into large, manageable pieces. Set aside.
2Prepare the broth: In a large pot, combine the Dried anchovies, Dried kelp, and Water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the broth, discarding the anchovies and kelp, and set the clear broth aside.
3Prepare the seasoning paste (dadaegi): In a mixing bowl, combine the Gochujang, Gochugaru, Doenjang, Minced garlic, Minced ginger, Soy sauce, Perilla seed powder, and Black pepper. Mix well until a smooth paste forms.
