1Slice Tilapia fillets into 1 cm thick pieces. In a bowl, marinate Tilapia fillets with 2 grams of Salt, White pepper, Shaoxing wine, and Cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2Prepare aromatics: Slice Ginger and Garlic. Cut Dried red chilies into 2-3 cm segments. Separate Scallions into white and green parts; slice the white parts and finely chop the green parts for garnish. Roughly chop the Pickled mustard greens.
3Heat Vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced Ginger, sliced Garlic, sliced white parts of Scallions, Dried red chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
