1Clean the Prawns thoroughly and marinate them with 2 grams of Turmeric powder and 3 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Heat 30 grams of Coconut oil in a traditional clay pot or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
3Add the sliced Shallots and sauté until they turn translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
