1To prepare the filling, take 50 grams of Water in a heavy-bottomed pan, add Jaggery and heat until the Jaggery melts completely. Strain the Jaggery syrup to remove any impurities, then return it to the pan.
2Add Grated coconut and Cardamom powder to the Jaggery syrup. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Set aside to cool.
3To prepare the dough, bring 350 grams of Water to a rolling boil in a wide pan. Add Salt and 5 grams of Ghee to the boiling Water.
