1Clean the Squid thoroughly, remove innards and skin, then slice the Squid into bite-sized pieces.
2Finely dice the Yellow onion, Carrot, and Zucchini. Mince the Garlic and Fresh ginger. Slice the Green onion, separating the white parts from the green parts.
3In a small bowl, combine the Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Granulated sugar, 5g of Sesame oil, minced Garlic, and minced Fresh ginger to create the spicy sauce.
