1Clean the Large squid thoroughly by removing the internal organs, cartilage, and outer skin. Rinse well and pat dry, keeping the body sac intact.
2Soak the Glutinous rice in cold water for at least 1 hour, then drain completely.
3Blanch the Mung bean sprouts and Napa cabbage in boiling water for 1 minute. Immediately transfer to an ice bath, then drain and squeeze out excess water. Finely chop both.
