In a large bowl, combine the 00 flour, Granulated sugar, Baking powder, Fine sea salt, and Anise seeds. Mix well to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.

Add the Extra-virgin olive oil and Dry white wine to the dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Do not overwork the dough.
