1Soak Dried Kao Fu in warm water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully rehydrated and soft. Squeeze out excess water thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2Soak Dried Shiitake Mushrooms and Dried Wood Ear Mushrooms in separate bowls of warm water until soft, about 30 minutes. Remove stems from Shiitake Mushrooms and slice them. Slice Wood Ear Mushrooms into strips.
3Drain and rinse Canned Bamboo Shoots, then slice them into thin pieces.
