1Rinse Idli Rice and Urad Dal separately until water runs clear. Soak Idli Rice in plenty of water for 4-6 hours.
2Soak Urad Dal and Fenugreek Seeds together in a separate bowl for 4-6 hours.
3Drain the soaked Urad Dal and Fenugreek Seeds. Grind them in a wet grinder or high-speed blender with a little cold water until a very smooth and fluffy batter is formed. The batter should be light and airy.
