1Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add white onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
2Add garlic cloves and serrano chile to the pot. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic cloves.
3Stir in the drained Artichoke hearts. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, allowing them to lightly brown.
