Drain the soaked Dried Byadagi chilies. In a grinder, combine the roasted spices, drained Dried Byadagi chilies, Grated fresh coconut, Turmeric powder, Ginger, and Garlic. Add a splash of Water if needed and grind to a very smooth, fine paste.
