1Clean the Kingfish steaks thoroughly, pat dry, and lightly rub with 2 grams of Salt. Set aside.
2In a dry pan, lightly roast Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Black peppercorns, and Fenugreek seeds until fragrant. Allow to cool.
3Drain the soaked Dried Byadagi chilies. In a grinder, combine the roasted spices, drained Dried Byadagi chilies, Grated fresh coconut, Turmeric powder, Ginger, and Garlic. Add a splash of Water if needed and grind to a very smooth, fine paste.
