1. Heat 20 grams of Butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped Onions and sauté until they turn translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add the chopped Tomatoes and soaked Cashews to the pan. Cook until the Tomatoes soften completely and the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan, about 8-10 minutes.
